The Small Print
The Nitty-Gritty (but we promise it's not that gritty! Just the important bits about how we work together to make your wedding absolutely amazing. Think of it as our little roadmap to 'I do'!)
Our Little Agreement (so everything goes smoothly down the aisle!)
Quotes
A quote is valid for one month.
Deposit
A 50% payment is required up front to secure your date, items from The Wedding Stylist shop, and services for three days.
Instalments
Payments can be paid in monthly instalments
Balance
Balance payments is to be finalised two months prior to your wedding date.
Additional location visits
One ceremony location visit; one reception location visit.
Extra cost will be charged if there are additional visits.
Extra items or services
If extra items or services are required for your wedding, an extra charge will be added to your invoice.
Retainer
A retainer will be paid on items selected from The Wedding Stylist studio which will be refunded upon the safe return a week after your wedding. Your refund, should there be any stains, breakages, missing or damaged items upon return, will be deducted from your retainer.
Cleaning fee
Based on the items selected for your wedding day, there may be a cleaning fee included and charged to the client.
Delivery cost
Depending on the distance and trips required to your wedding venue, a delivery cost will be included and charged to the client.
Overnight accommodation
Should your wedding venue be more two hours one-way from The Wedding Stylist studio in Koroit, then overnight accommodation will be required and charged to the client.
Change of wedding date
Should your wedding date be changed, it is not guaranteed that The Wedding Stylist will still be able to coordinate your wedding.
Cancellation of wedding
If your wedding is cancelled within one month of the wedding date, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
