One on-site visit to the ceremony location to confirm the layout of the furniture and styling items (extra visits to the location will be an extra charge).

Reception Styling
Reception Package

The Reception Styling Cocktail Package includes:

Unlimited text messages/phone calls/emails.

On-site style and design appointment at The Wedding Stylist studio to discuss colour scheme, design the venue floor plan, the mood and style of your wedding, selection of available styling items.

One on-site visit to the reception location to discuss furniture placement and the location for the styling items.

One final follow-up appointment one month prior to your wedding at The Wedding Stylist studio to confirm all the details.

The Reception Styling Formal Package includes everything above as well as:

Placement of decorative items and centrepieces.

On-the-day Services
$800* Eight hours service
Not looking for the full styling package but still want a professional to manage the day?
On the day services ensures everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day stress-free. Perfect for couples who have planned everything but want a professional to run all the behind-the-scenes, so you can enjoy every minute of your special day.
On-The-Day Coordination Service includes:

Meet and greet your guests as they arrive, direct them to the Ceremony location or direct buses to parking.

Informing your guests of ceremony etiquette including bathroom locations, removing drinks from guests as they make their way to the ceremony, ensuring mobile phones are turned off, and not to take photos of the ceremony.

Making sure all guests are seated correctly, have a fan/umbrella/confetti cones/bottles of water (as is needed).

Preparing the bride before walking down the aisle.

Moving items from the ceremony to reception location, assisting other vendors.

Bar service, cutting the wedding cake for dessert, serving meals.

Complete deluxe package (full ceremony and reception styling plus on-the-day servies)
